Another chunk of Tibet marooned in India -The Spiti Valley is a desert mountain valley located high in the Himalaya mountains (Himachal Pradesh).

The name "Spiti" means "The Middle Land", i.e. the land between Tibet and India.

Beautiful lakes, mighty passes, invincible snow peaked mountains, deep gorges, vast landscape, huge river bed, highest villages in the world, humble people, oldest monasteries, dramatic set-up, centuries old culture, connections to Tibet- Yes, this is Spiti valley. Itinerary :

Day 1: (Saturday Morning)

'Chandigarh to Kotgarh' 
Beautiful drive along the lower himalayas and eventually gain an altitude of 6500 feet..Beautiful road snaking through forests of pine, deodar and oak trees offers glimpses of small beautiful villages on the way.
Overnight at a homestay with apple+cherry orchards all around 
<You can start from Delhi early in the morning> 

Day 2: (Sunday)

'Kotgarh to Rakkcham'
Rakcham is a beautiful village at an altitude of 3050 m. This place has a charm of its own. Green forested mountain beautifies the landscape on either side of blue waters of the Baspa River
(kinnaur valley - stay at Hotel in Rakcham overnight)

Day 3: 'Rakkcham -Chitkul - Kalpa'(Sunday)
Visit the last indian village- Chitkul & stay overnight at a Hotel in Kalpa.
Kalpa is more famous for the views it offers of the Snow covered Kinner Kailash ranges.

Day 4: 
Kalpa- Nako - Geyu Mummy- Tabo 
(Khab - The confluence of Spiti & satluj rivers, Geyu village to visit the 500 year old mummy, Lunch at Nako Lake) Stay at a hotel

Day 5: 
Tabo - Dhankar - Dhankar Lake - Kaza
(visit dhankar lake with dhankar monastery & overnight at a Hotel)

Day 6: Kaza – Ki Monastery – Tashigang – Chicham – Kibber 
Overnight in a Guest house

Day 7: Kaza – Komik – Langza – Kaza
(visit the road less traveled & one of the highest villages in India)

Day 8:
Kaza - Kunzum Pass - ChandraTal Lake
(Visit Chandratal Lake via kunzum pass and we camp there for the night)
Chandrataal lake also known as the Moon Lake is a beautiful lake at an altitude of 14100 feet nested between mountain ranges of Chandra Bhagha and Kunzum top

Day 9:
ChandraTal to Manali via Rohtang Pass
(stay in manali overnight)

Day 10: Party/Shopping in Manali and leave for delhi / chandigarh in the evening 

Day 11: morning arrival in Delhi at around 6 am 

<u will Fall in Love by the time this roadtrip ends>

** The longer route is for better acclimatization & for avoiding the hustle bustle of manali/rohtang

** The itinerary Includes buffer hours as well

Trip Cost : INR 39900 (delhi to delhi all inclusive)

Includes : 1 Certified Trip Leader for your Guided Tour & Safety throughout the trip from Delhi to Delhi ,First Aid Safety Kit, All accommodation on twin sharing (triple sharing in a tent only at Chandertal), all transportation, All breakfasts , All dinners 

Excludes : Anything not specified above, food in manali is not included only because we will be partying there once our tiring roadtrip reaches the last leg & we shall try the italian/israeli restaurants in manali

Things to Bring: running shoes, lots of cream if you don't like the tan, warm clothing (woolen cap & socks are a must), a camera to capture the mighty himalayas + the pouts , sunglasses & a big heart

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Booking amount: (Non Refundable)

60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost

45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour / service cost

15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost

07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund
