Every Jugni trip is led by a Jugni Trip Lead who stays with the group from start to finish. They coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, and support staff so travellers never feel lost or unsupported. You are never “handed off” to random agents — Jugni remains responsible for the experience throughout the journey.

- How are payments handled for international travellers?
Jugni accepts international payments through PayPal for women travelling from outside India. On select trips, a part of the amount can also be settled when meeting at the destination. This allows overseas travellers to book without worrying about Indian banking systems.

- What happens if someone has to cancel after booking a Jugni trip?
Each Jugni trip has a clear cancellation policy shared before booking. Because we reserve hotels, vehicles, and guides in advance, refunds depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. Jugni always follows the stated policy fairly and transparently.

- I am vegetarian — will I be able to manage food on Jugni’s international trips?
Many Jugni travellers are vegetarian. However, food abroad is very different from Indian food. We strongly suggest carrying ready-to-eat meals, theplas, snacks, and dry fruits. We also recommend vegetarian or Indian restaurants whenever possible, but Jugni does not promise Indian-style food.
If the food is good, take it as a blessing. If it is different, treat it as part of travel.

Yes. Jugni welcomes women from anywhere in the world. Travellers join from their home cities and meet the group at the destination or starting city. With PayPal payments and on-ground coordination, international travellers are fully
supported.

18: How do I book a seat on a Jugni trip?
A: Share the trip name with Jugni via the WhatsApp. The team will confirm availability and share the bank and payment details. Your seat is confirmed once the payment is received as per the trip terms. If you require a GST invoice, please inform the team at the time of payment confirmation. Once the payment is acknowledged, the accounts team will share the GST invoice within 72 hours.
