Jugni Travel – Women-Only Group Tours
At Jugni Travel, we understand that travel plans may change. At the same time, as a women-only group travel company, we commit advance payments to hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local partners to secure confirmed services for the group.
This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and clarity for both travellers and Jugni Travel.
1. Cancellation Intimation
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to:

The date on which the written email is received will be treated as the official cancellation date.
Verbal discussions, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or social media messages will not be considered valid cancellation notice unless acknowledged in writing via email.
2. Booking Amount & Tickets
• The booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• All flight tickets (domestic or international), once issued, are non-refundable unless the airline itself processes a refund.
• Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable once initiated.
These payments are immediately used to secure confirmed services and cannot be reversed.
3. Cancellation Charges
(For payments made above the booking amount)
If cancellation is requested:
• 60 days or more before departure
→ 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted
• 45–59 days before departure
→ 70% of the total tour cost will be deducted
• 30 days or less before departure
→ No refund
These deductions apply to the total tour cost (excluding airfare unless explicitly included in writing).
4. Seat Blocking & Payment Schedule
• To block your seat, advance payment is mandatory.
• Balance payment timelines:
– Domestic trips: 30 days prior to departure
– International trips: 45 days prior to departure
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
5. Medical Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances, including serious medical emergencies within the immediate family, may arise.
In such cases:
• The traveller must inform Jugni Travel immediately via phone and email.
• Verbal discussions are considered supportive communication; final decisions will always be confirmed in writing.
• Jugni Travel may communicate with domestic or international partners to explore possible refunds on medical grounds.
Please note:
• Any refund in such cases is strictly subject to approval from airlines, hotels, and local suppliers.
• Refund approval is not guaranteed and depends entirely on third-party policies.
• Each case is evaluated individually and at the sole discretion of Jugni Travel.
As we commit payments in advance to secure group inventory, financial recovery is not always feasible. We therefore strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all international trips.
6. If Jugni Travel Cancels a Trip
In rare cases where Jugni Travel cancels a departure due to operational reasons, force majeure, or minimum group size:
• The full amount paid will either be refunded
OR
• Transferred to another Jugni Travel departure (as preferred by the traveller)
Jugni Travel does not retain traveller funds for cancellations initiated by the company.
7. Additional Important Notes
• Refunds, where applicable, may take 7–14 working days to process.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
• Visa rejections are not grounds for refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.
