  • Visa fee and insurance
  • GST 5%
  • TCS Extra - Fully Refundable (applicable as per govt. regulations).
  • Optional tour, tips and gratuities, any medical expense, any kind of drink. Mandatory tipping as per international standards 5 USD per day.
  • Entry fee or any new tax to any sight if any new fee/tax is charged.
  • Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by guest as per actual.
  • Anything not specified in the inclusions.

Additional Information

  • Cancellation fee will be applicable due to Visa delayed process/rejection INR 10,000 (non refundable).
  • The refundable amount will be adjusted in upcoming trips only
  • The rest of the payment will have to be made one month before the trip starts. Seats are on First Come First Serve.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • Booking amount & Tickets: (Non Refundable)
  • 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost will be deducted
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 70% of the Tour / service cost will be deducted
  • 30 days prior to arrival: No Refund
