Jugni Travel – Women-Only Group Tours

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, participation, and services offered by Jugni Travel, a women-only group travel company operating domestic and international tours.

By booking a trip or using www.jugni.co.in, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm participation.

• The remaining balance must be paid within the timelines specified for each trip.

• Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in cancellation without refund.

• Prices are subject to change until the booking amount is received.

All bookings are confirmed only upon written acknowledgement by Jugni Travel.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed strictly by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the cancellation terms.

3. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility

• Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and required travel documents.

• Jugni Travel may provide assistance or guidance but does not guarantee visa approval.

• Visa rejection, delay, or denial shall not constitute grounds for refund unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Health, Fitness & Disclosure

• Travellers must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel.

• Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Jugni Travel reserves the right to deny participation if a traveller’s condition may pose risk to themselves or the group.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for international departures.

5. Code of Conduct (Women-Only Group Policy)

Jugni Travel operates women-only group tours with a strong focus on safety, respect, and group harmony.

Participants are expected to:

• Respect fellow travellers and trip leaders

• Follow itinerary schedules and safety instructions

• Maintain appropriate behaviour throughout the trip

Jugni Travel reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, whose behaviour:

• Disrupts group harmony

• Violates safety protocols

• Causes discomfort to fellow travellers

• Violates local laws

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

6. Itinerary Changes

While every effort is made to deliver the published itinerary:

• Changes may occur due to weather, operational issues, local regulations, supplier constraints, or force majeure events.

• Jugni Travel reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, transportation, or activities where necessary.

• Such changes do not automatically qualify for refund.

Safety and group welfare will always take priority.

7. Liability & Third-Party Services

Jugni Travel acts as a tour organizer and coordinator.

We are not liable for:

• Acts, errors, or omissions of airlines, hotels, transport providers, or third-party vendors

• Delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or missed connections

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Injury, illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control

All travellers participate at their own risk.

Jugni Travel shall not be liable for claims arising under foreign consumer protection laws, as all contractual relationships are governed by Indian law.

8. Force Majeure

Jugni Travel shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• War

• Government restrictions

• Epidemics or pandemics

• Airline or transport strikes

• Acts of God

In such situations, itinerary changes, postponements, or cancellations may occur without liability for compensation beyond recoverable supplier refunds.

9. Use of Photos & Media

During trips, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, travellers grant Jugni Travel permission to use such content across website, social media, and marketing platforms unless written objection is submitted prior to departure.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only.

Jugni Travel reserves the right to update, modify, or change website content, pricing, policies, and terms without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, along with all bookings and services provided by Jugni Travel, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Irrespective of the destination of travel or the country in which services are rendered, any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to bookings with Jugni Travel shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

By confirming a booking, the traveller expressly agrees to this governing law and jurisdiction clause.
