Once you book, Jugni sends you detailed joining instructions — the exact meeting point, the time to arrive, and how to reach there from different cities. If you need help planning your travel to the starting point, Tamanna will walk you through it step by step. No one is expected to figure it out alone.
Who will meet me at the airport?
The Jugni team coordinates the airport meeting point for the group on all international trips. Before you travel, you will receive the exact terminal, the meeting time, and who to look for. You will never land in a new country wondering what to do next — that is not how Jugni operates.
Airport transfers are not mentioned in the trip details — how do I get to the hotel?
Airport transfers are part of Jugni’s group logistics on international trips. If it is not listed explicitly on a trip page, reach out to Tamanna before booking and she will clarify exactly how Day 1 transport is handled. No one arrives in a new country and figures it out alone — the group moves together from the airport.
Who will help me with my visa?
Jugni provides full visa documentation support — invitation letters, hotel confirmations, itinerary documents, and step-by-step guidance on the application process. For destinations that require an agent or a VFS appointment, the team will guide you through each step. You are not navigating visa paperwork alone.
Is someone from my city also travelling on this trip?
Very likely. Jugni groups draw women from across India — Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and beyond. When you book, Tamanna will share who else is joining and where they are coming from.
